Watkins Payne was originally formed as a traditional partnership in 1970. Since then, the practice has steadily expanded its knowledge and expertise to offer a comprehensive building services consultancy service with two offices located within Central London and Surrey. Since 2000 we have greatly expanded our expertise and capability in the sustainability sector, providing WELL, NABERS UK, whole life carbon and BREEAM roles, amongst others across the UK.
