WeCare Foundation

Nour Project is a national initiative aims at establishing the FIRST disabilities Center of Excellence through an institutional model for multichannel integrated services. It is being executed by We Care Charitable Foundation under patronage of Ministry of Social Solidarity and the League of Arab State. The project reflects Egypt agenda for Sustainable Development Strategy where the first goal is to improve the quality of life of the Egyptian citizen and improve his standard of living. The project has five basic pillars that combine institutional development, infrastructure development, human development for cadres of specialists to support other entities working in the same field and targeted rehabilitation efforts to empower and include persons with disabilities.
