Wellbeing Therapy Solutions offer a range of mental health and wellbeing services to children, young people and adults. The team provide a professional service from beginning to end and prides itself on building strong relationships with all clients. Every service is delivered to the highest standard and offered with support, compassion and expertise. We have a team of Occupational Therapists and a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who provided 1:1 sessions in our beautiful therapy rooms or online for anyone experiencing difficulties with their mental health or wellbeing. We also offer a full range of adult and youth Mental Health First Aid England courses. These are available on-site, off-site, in our training room in Leicester or online.
