The History of Weller Packaging Weller Packagings journey began in 1968 when its Paul Weller, embarked on a humble venture, selling paper bags to traders at Walsall market. Armed with a second-hand Ever Ready van and using his parents garage as a makeshift warehouse, Paul quickly built a reputation for delivering quality products at competitive prices right when they were needed. The business, originally known as Weller Paper Ltd., was officially established in 1975. By 1980, the company had outgrown its modest beginnings and moved to a purpose-built warehouse at what is now still its current location. Continued growth necessitated two further expansions in 1985 and 1989. In 2000, reflecting its broader product range and evolving market presence, the company rebranded as Weller Packaging Ltd.
