Wellness in Infrastructure

Wellness in Infrastructure is a non-profit organisation aimed at identifying and delivering initiatives to tangibly and sustainably improve the mental health outcomes for employees within the infrastructure construction sector. Wellness in Infrastructure comprises dedicated volunteer members who hold senior management positions within private infrastructure construction companies, Victorian Government authorities and related industry associations. Wellness in Infrastructure was established as an initiative of senior business leaders from eight major infrastructure construction companies in mid-2018 to develop a response by-industry and for-industry to the distressing findings of the Downey-Swinburne Report.
