Mr. Santiago Rivera who came with a vast experience in new business development and management in construction. Santiagos experience is significantly noticeable in the inception and maintaining of the high-profile Bluebonnet Waste Control Co. in Dallas, Texas. David Castaneda has been in the concrete construction business for the past twenty years. He began in 1985 with Omega Construction Co. and in three years he was promoted to job superintendent and worked as a foreman for two years. In 1991, David Castaneda went to work for Inca Contractors as a superintendent and worked there for six years. Mr. Castaneda has an Engineering degree from the University of Mexico.
