Our company was founded in 1983 by Abraham Jacob, PT, as a Medicare certified rehabilitation agency. At that time, our original outpatient office was opened on Longfellow Street in Vandergrift, PA and relocated in 1985 to Weinels Crossroads in neighboring Allegheny Township due to the successful growth and the need for additional space. In 1991, Abrahams son, Brian R Jacob, took over WESTARM as President and began to expand outpatient locations and to diversify services to better serve the rehabilitation needs of our communities.
