Whats neXT 50?!

What happens when we get older (or when we exit from a business venture) and-by choice or not, transition to a new phase of life? How do we decide on direction? How do we manage the change? Do we have the tools, knowledge, support network, ambition and desire to effect the change we want? Theres a large cohort of people, Baby Boomers who are approaching or beyond what has traditionally been regarded as the retirement age.
