Hussain made the ultimate sacrifice. His epic legacy inspires millions today. Hussain, grandson of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad, is a 7th century revolutionary figure whose legendary martyrdom at the Battle of Karbala epitomised freedom, honour and the greatest of divine values in the face of unholy oppression. Since our small beginnings in 2012, Who Is Hussain has rapidly grown into a global movement with representatives in over 60 cities worldwide. We empower communities around the world to organise charitable events for the common good, ranging from blood donation campaigns, feeding the homeless, providing hands-on disaster relief and much more.
