WICKENBURG UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #9

The Wickenburg Unified School District spans from just north of the Yavapai County line on the north end down to Bell Road in Buckeye at its southern border. Four of the districts schools are located in the Town of Wickenburg, about 50 miles northwest of Phoenix. Wickenburg is a beautiful area known for its rolling hills that sit at the base of the Bradshaw Mountains. Festival Foothills Elementary School (grades K-8) is on the southern boundary of the district in the Festival Ranch community located in Buckeye, ten miles west of Surprise. The community is just north of the White Tank Mountains, which stand around 4,000 feet in elevation.
