WCIU provides masters degrees to help development and community workers become confident and effective agents for lasting change. WCIU partners with agencies, non-profits, and NGOs to help them develop leaders who will create lasting change in the communities they work in. For over 40 years we have been training confident and effective development workers and leaders. Our experienced faculty know how hard it can be to create a lasting impact in the development world. So, we designed our masters degrees to equip development leaders on the field. Our hands-on degrees can be studied anywhere in the world, equipping leaders with practical skills to tackle the root causes and systematic issues of development problems. Our Mission WCIU seeks to provide innovative distance education to enhance the effectiveness of scholar-practitioners as they serve with others to develop transformational solutions to the roots of human problems around the world
