The Willow Domestic Violence Center is dedicated to eliminating domestic violence and human trafficking by providing safety, education and advocacy. Incorporated in 1976, The Willow (then known as WTCS) was the first domestic violence shelter in Kansas. The agency supports and assists all victims of domestic violence and human trafficking in Douglas, Franklin, and Jefferson Counties
