South Western Housing Society and Tamar Housing Society merged on 31st March 2023. In 2020 two local based social housing providers, South Western Housing and Tamar Housing, started working together in partnership, as two like-minded organisations looking to harness collective expertise, knowledge and passion for social housing, in order to benefit existing and future tenants. The merger between the organisations means that there is capability to increase the ability to provide new homes and invest in existing homes.
