We are Wills Inns, the family business that owns and runs The Falcon Hotel, The Vaults country pub and Don Paddys brasserie. All three are landmarks of Uppingham market square, at the beating heart of this beautiful and vibrant destination town in English Rutland. Since 2004 weve been pursuing a passion for hospitality and a mission to serve the people of Uppingham well. Our managing director James Torbell has been part of Wills Inns since the outset, working with the founder, the late Robert Wills, and building a talented team that includes general manager Anjali Prashad and operations manager Lily Weaver. Carol Wills (Roberts wife) continues to play an active role in the day-to-day running of the Falcon. Together our team has more than 100 people, making us one of Uppinghams biggest employers.
