WHAT WE DO We have developed a small staff of seasoned, fully SCDOT certified inspectors in every phase of construction from initial clearing and implementation of best management practices in stormwater and erosion control to the final hot mix asphalt surface and/or bridge deck. WFA has experience providing QC/QA inspectors and lab technicians with SCDOT dating back to CRM East, York County Pennies for Progress sales tax program as well as representing contractors QC on several bridge projects. OUR PROCESSES & TOOLS SCDOT utilizes Project Wise and Site Manager Software services accessed through VMWare server.
