Windrush Housing Association

Windrush Housing was developed from Windrush Alliance UK. This was established in 1998 as a voluntary organisation aimed at challenging some of the social issues faced by disadvantaged groups, such as discrimination, unemployment, poverty and inadequate housing. The Windrush Alliance subsequently, became a registered social housing provider in 2012. In 2015 we changed our name to WALHA Housing and in 2018 Windrush Housing, providing affordable social housing, supported accommodation, care in the home and property repairs. We currently provide social housing in the North, East Midlands, London and South East region. Our aim is to be a progressive and innovative organisation with good governance and performance management, ensuring an excellent service delivery.
