The Winter Park Police Department (WPPD) provides police services to the more than 28,000 residents of the City of Winter Park. Located in Central Florida, WPPD has 82 sworn officer positions. Winter Park is one of the finest cities, known for its Old-World charm, stately trees, abundant parks, brick-lined streets, spectacular homes, museums, expansive shopping and dining, and vibrant lakes. The WPPD is a State of Florida accredited (CFA) provider of comprehensive law enforcement services and is comprised of three major divisions, Administrative & Investigations, Support Services, and Operations.
