The Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association (WPHCA) is the member association for the 19 Community Health Centers, 17 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and 2 Look Alike Health Centers, across the state. WPHCA provides T/TA to Health Centers for Quality Improvement, Health Information Technology, Special Populations, Chronic Disease Management Systems, Health Policy, Advocacy, and more. We are proud of the care that our Community Health Centers provide to nearly 300,000 Wisconsinites each year
