Witherslack Group provide inspirational education and care to children and young people, resulting in life changing experiences and countless stories of success. At Witherslack Group we truly understand that having happy employees makes for happy environments for our young people, thats why we really value feedback from all of our employees. One way we do this is through our regular engagement surveys, which ensure we are listening and making changes when needed. In our most recent survey, which was completed by 85% of our employees, improving outcomes for young people is a top priority at my place of work was our highest scoring question at 8.9 (out of 10).
