wli Work Leads to Independence is made up of several different components, working as one comprehensive coordinated system delivering services to people with disabilities throughout northwest Ohio. We have been in business since the early 70s, previously as part of the Wood County Board of DD (Wood Lane) and now as a fully-independence service provider who have always prided ourselves on delivering quality services with meaningful results to each and every individual we serve.
