WNS commitment to giving back to the community was unanimously supported by an employee survey. This paved the direction of the Corporate Social Responsibility for the organisation. WNS Cares Foundation (WCF), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as replaced by the Companies Act, 2013 is the CSR arm of WNS Global Services Private Limited. Launched in 2004, WNS Cares has been serving society, creating a strong foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility at WNS Global Services. Today WNS Cares Foundation aims to accomplish a lot more and make a difference in society.
