Womans Trust is a specialist mental health charity that provides confidential, free, trauma-informed counselling and group therapy for women who have experienced domestic abuse. Since 1996 we have helped over 18,500 women in their recovery from domestic abuse; delivered more than 40,000 counselling sessions; and provided the equivalent of over 4.5 million in free mental health care.
