Women and Child Care Organisation (WOCCA) has been established in Somalia in 1996 by Somali professionals who wanted to make a difference on the ground, especially for the lives of vulnerable groups such as women, children, youth, IDPs and those who are unable to recover of shocks from natural disasters with emphasis on the protection of the rights of those susceptible to GBV.
