Women Leaders in Technology (WLiT) is a non-profit organization initiated with vision to empower young women to become innovators and leaders in STEAM fields (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics),and provide them exposure to technical, professional and leadership skills to do so. The core idea of WLiT is two folds: 1. To intensively teach programming and hardware skills so that girls feel they are equal footing to the best of their male peers in their class. 2. To prepare girls to be leaders in tech-world, by providing career-, personality-, and leadership-development training
