In 1986, Rick and Anna Lee Woods, with a partner, started a waterproofing company called Basement DeWatering Systems Metro-East, Inc. In 1988, Rick bought out his partner, and the name was changed to Woods Waterproofing, Inc. The company name was changed to Woods Basement Systems, Inc. in 1998. We have always maintained our corporate identity and all contractual warranties. There are over 400+ Basement Systems dealers in seven countries. Ricks wife Anna Lee, son Wayne, daughter Susan, son-in-law Tim, and cousin Chris Blickenstaff are all management-level employees of Woods Basement Systems, with his grandkids: Alli, Drew, Nick, Jack, twins Sophie...
