Since its inception Woolly Pig HK has opened and managed more than a dozen exciting concepts in the city. Now a leader in the premium casual sphere of Western Restaurants Woolly Pig HK consists of 8 locations with different cuisines, including Modern Australian, Bistro French, Italian Tattoria fresh pasta, Spanish in Soho, Beach vibes in Lantau. Now a group of 120 full time members the restaurants stay true to its roots of offering, made in house fresh food from boutiques farms, with a friendly all day service and modern hospitality. .
