Workforce Network, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) serving the Highland Lakes area of Texas led by the following Board of Directors: Bill Rives Board Chair Bessie Jackson. Vice Chair Larry Stahl Our Vision: Develop a regional collaboration of leaders from education, business, community non-profits, local government, workforce and economic development to jointly create and sustain a Career Pathways System. This system will be designed to cultivate skilled workers for specific industry sectors driving the economic prosperity of the Highland Lakes. Training will focus on middle-skill jobs (those requiring 2 year or less degrees or certifications) and career path planning. Training outcomes may include certificates, licensure or credentials. Methodology may include hands-on, classroom and on-line training and up-skilling, internships and on-the-job training. Training results in increased pay and on-going skill development.
