Workplace Learning Connection, a department of Kirkwood Community College, partners with area Middle schools and High schools and local businesses and industry in coordinating high quality career exploration opportunities for students and educators. Through job shadows, internships and career events, were developing our future workforce and talent pipeline by connecting todays students to tomorrows careers.
