Woven Health Clinic

Woven Health Clinic is a 501c3 charitable clinic that provides primary health care services for people who live in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, and northwest Dallas that cannot afford healthcare. The Clinic is recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a Patient Centered Medical Home. Founded in 1992, it incorporated in 1993 as On Eagles Wings by two local churches, who saw an urgent need for healthcare for the underprivileged in the community. At the outset, the Clinic was open one night a week and some weekends with an all-volunteer medical staff. In 2003, the Clinic joined Dallas County Medical Society Project Access. This partnership allowed the Clinic to hire some paid staff, including a nurse, family practice physician, and medical assistants.
