wowJobs, is a Global Executive Search and Selection firm. Started in 2014 with the vision of getting the right talent from across the globe for its clients and equally to provide right opportunities to job seekers across the globe. The inspiration behind the vision was the imbalance in the employment markets. Whereas certain countries have/ will have an acute labour shortage owing to aging population, certain others have surplus talent and not enough jobs. Our primary purpose is to serve as a bridge to fill this gap. In 10 years wowJobs has expanded to three countries in Europe, two in Africa, The Middle East and UK. In addition to this it operates in 3 cities in India and has a delivery centre at the IT park in Dehradun.
