WSDC Team Malaysia

The Malaysian World Schools Debate Education Society (MWSDES) is a non-profit organization established to manage, fund, train, and sustainably develop the national debate team that represents Malaysia at the annual World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC). Our organizations patron is the Ministry of Education of Malaysia. We work collaboratively with them to design programs and content for students and teachers across Malaysia. We aim to prepare a globally-competitive debate team who will represent Team Malaysia through the following means: - A competitive national-level selection process to select the prospective members of Team Malaysia (Challenger Squad). - A sustainable training program for potential future members of Team Malaysia (Future Squad), so as to better develop the pool of debate talent. - An intensive training program for Team Malaysia with a specifically designed curriculum that is adapted to their needs. - Funding the competitive journey of Team Malaysia to ...
