The Nicholls name has been in the Canadian construction market for over 40 years. Since our establishment, we have experienced steady growth with a solid base of repeat customers. In 1975, Bill Nicholls and Dave Radtke founded the construction group of Nicholls-Radtke. Throughout his time at Nicholls-Radtke, Bill Nicholls developed strong relationships, insightful experiences, and a knowledge of construction that formed an integral part of who he was. Bill was a driven individual who was instrumental to all the successful undertakings the group achieved. With change in the wind for Nicholls-Radtke, Bill made the difficult decision to move in a bright new direction where he could bring his skill set to bear in new markets and challenges.
