Xelate is a sincere and humble initiative aimed at addressing the challenge faced by employers in finding candidates with the right training and skills. Our mission is not just to make job seekers employable but to transform them into ready-to-contribute professionals through an intensive, relevant, and hands-on training program. The journey of Xelate began in the middle of 2017. We were driven by the pain point faced by hiring managerscandidates with degrees but lacking practical skills. We recognized that real projects require much more than theoretical knowledge alone. One of the most affected groups by this challenge is start-ups that are not well-funded. With limited budgets and resources, it becomes incredibly difficult for them to attract and retain talented individuals.
