Xihua University

Xihua University was founded in 1960, and it was named as Key Provincial University by Sichuan provincial government in 1978. Xihua has 22 colleges, 83 undergraduate majors, 75 masters degree authorization, and 1 provincial post-doctoral innovation center. We have more than 40,000 undergraduate students and more than 2,000 graduate students. In recent years, the school has been focusing on improving our curriculums emphasizing on Liberal Education and cultivating students interests in innovation and entrepreneurship. We established a fund and an incubator to support innovation and entrepreneurship in the campus. We also established a science and technology park to host matured projects before they go to market independently.
