We are a team of passionate trainers who have taken the time to survey over 1,000 members from various gyms to discover the next best thing in the fitness industry. This has led us to introduce the cutting edge concept of combining strength and conditioning with functional training. Most would question that functional training already combines strength and conditioning, but we have separated the two to make a more individual concept. Our mission is to provide a state of the art gym accessible for beginners as well as supporting the needs of professional athletes. We want you to have the best possible experience at Xtreme CSC and to further cement this, we will be offering four lucky members the chance of sponsorship, which will include full training and nutritional profiling for your chosen sport.
