Yangtze River Airlines was officially established with 26.875 hundred million RMB as registered capital. It is one of the air transportation subsidiaries of HNA Group running in Shanghai. By the end of 2015, Yangtze River Airlines Fleet consist of 23 Boeing 737 and 3 Boeing 747. Yangtze River Airlines has had 40 domestic and international airlines in total and operates more than 200 flights in one week. We have airline management power of international freight originating from Shanghai to Luxembourg, Los Angeles, Chicago, Frankfurt, and other regions, and with UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF and other famous company to establish good cooperation relationship. On December 15th 2015, Yangtze River Airlines first passenger flight success to operate from Shanghai to Sanya, which marked the starting of a new era.
