Yates Engineering Services LLC (YES) was formed in 2010 to providing engineering, project management services, construction inspection services, and CAD GIS mapping services to the telecommunications industry. Approximately two weeks after establishing the business, YES fielded an experienced staff of 28 field engineers and technicians. Over the next 10 days Yates Engineering Services scaled up to more than 30 full time telecommunication professionals deployed across their first RUS project. Today the Yates team has over 500 years of telecommunications engineering, fiber optic, and project management experience, and has completed more than 20 RUS projects!
