YCT is an accredited children and young peoples counselling and therapeutic support charity working with 5-25 year olds to overcome barriers and trauma faced in their lives. We provide free, independent counselling sessions adapted to individual children and young peoples needs, enabling them to feel positive about their futures, make constructive choices, improve their life chances, increase self-esteem and develop skills to navigate often chaotic lives. We work with clients across issues including self-harm, domestic / sexual abuse, bereavement, addictions, family relationships, depression, anxiety and more.
