YES Alumni Malaysia

YES Alumni Malaysia is an alumni association consisting of graduates from the YES Program. The title of a/an graduate or rather, alumni member is awarded to those who have successfully completed their 6-month exchange program to the United States of America. YES Alumni Malaysia Malaysia is under AFS Malaysia which is an organization that offers and deals with intercultural exchange programmes from Malaysia to different parts of the world and vice versa. YES Programs aka Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program is a program that is funded by the US Department of State and sponsored by the Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs (ECA). Scholarships are provided for high school students (15-17 years old) from countries with significant Muslim populations to spend up to one academic year in the US.
