Y.O.G.A. for Youth

Y.O.G.A. for Youth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and families in underserved communities through the principles and practice of yoga. We provide customized movement and mindfulness curriculum for children and adolescents to support their behavioral, emotional, and physical well-being. Our program, taught by certified yoga instructors, works as a supplement to an integrated Physical Education curriculum, can be implemented outside of the school day in before/after-school programming, and can provide an assisted SEL break during the school day as a truncated session during homeroom/advisory/recess
