Yoga Nook

We are a community Yoga Studio. Classes for all levels, beginner through advanced. Yogamobility and Somatic Movement classes and private sessions. RYT 200 and 500 Yoga Teacher Training Programs. Our classes are warm and friendly and all of our teachers are educated to RYT 200 or are taking part in the Yoga teacher-training program at the Yoga Nook. This insures that you are receiving the very highest quality teachers each time you come in. Regular classes: Beginning Yoga, Classic Yoga - Level 1 & 2, Yoga Challenge - Level 2 & 3, Yoga Workout, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Workout, Yoga Core & Stretch, Yogamobility, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga Stretch, Kids Yoga, and A.I.M. (Awareness Integration Movement) as well as monthly workshops. AIM Somatic Movement with Jeni - evening/day appointments available.
