The Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) is an intensive leadership development program initiated by McKinsey & Company Indonesia in 2008 and the implementation of the program is now under the auspices of the Young Leaders for Indonesia Foundation. The YLI Foundation believes that helping unleash Indonesias potential will require a growing cadre of world-class leaders with strong leadership skills, a global mindset, and knowledge of local culture and traditions.
