youngsRPS is a leading firm of chartered surveyors & property consultants in the North of England with offices in Hexham, Northumberland, Sedgefield, Northallerton & Newcastle. The origins of the business go back to James Turnbull & Son, founded in 1879 in Chester-le-Street. In 2012 Youngs Chartered Surveyors merged with Rural Property Services creating YoungsRPS & in autumn 2017 Stanton Mortimer became part of YoungsRPS. YoungsRPS specialise in four key disciplines: Land Agency, Estate Agency, Commercial & Planning and Development. Land Agency We have a growing team the majority of whom are from farming families.
