The Youngstown Area Goodwill exists because we believe in the value of people and the power of work. Since 1893, we have been helping people overcome barriers to employment. We run social enterprise operations, such as our thrift stores, that allow us to employ people with disabilities and offer other services for people who face barriers to employment.
