Pet Planets story began with a loss. The loss of a pet to cancer, and a loss of faith in a system that was supposed to offer advice, education, and a place to go where pets and Guardians could find safe and trusted products for their pets. After the loss of our founders dog, Rueben, to cancer, they found the system had failed to educate them, and other Guardians about the importance of pet food, and its impact on overall pet health. The system didnt make the pets they served a priority - it was just another business. This was simply not good enough. Pet Planet has changed the game and evolved what it means to serve our pets with passion, becoming an inclusive place for all Guardians to feel welcome.
