Your TACS is authorized to perform the following activities according to the Law of 10 June 1999: Book-keeping and record of corporate transactions; Establishing of annual financial statements; Domiciliation of companies; Administrative and secretarial services; Tax compliance services. Your TACS is also authorized as Depositary of bearer shares according to the Law of 28 July 2014; Family office according to the Law of 21 December 2012.
