Youth Social Advocacy Team (YSAT)

YSAT is a refugee youth-led nonprofit organization whose mandate is to support conflict affected youth by tackling access barriers to quality education, sustainable livelihoods and addressing root causes of violent conflicts in Uganda, South Sudan YSAT envisions a self reliant and peaceful community for people in displaced settings by 2030 Our Strategic Objectives 1. Increased community resilience, preparedness and response to disasters YSAT work with refugees, internally displaced people, returnees and vulnerable host communities to enhance community based protection, promote sustainable livelihoods, agriculture and skills development, provide access to education in emergency programs, advance evidence-based research and advocacy for displaced communities.
