Our mission is to engage young leaders, enable their capacities to become Transformational Leaders, and empower them and their partners to impact communities. Our vision is twofold. Our vision for one another is become Transformational Leaders sharing the same purpose and values for the Social Transformation of our communities and our nation. Our vision for the organization is to become the countrys premier youth development organization on Transformational Leadership. Formed in 15 January 2011, the objectives of YLP are to inculcate the ideals of Transformational Leadership, develop in every individual good moral values, social conscience, dedicated leadership, and enlightened nationalism; and establish harmonious relationship in pursuit of the Mission of Transformation.
