Yuba Water Agency

Yuba Water Agency is defined by two things: water and the people of Yuba County. Our agency was created to reduce flood risk to this region and manage water supplies for the benefit of the county. Our missions include flood control, hydroelectric power generation, water supply, groundwater management, fish habitat protection and enhancement (specifically wild salmon and steelhead on the lower Yuba River) and recreation.
