Mobilising and training people to work with children at risk: street children, children in slums, children with HIV/AIDS, abandoned children, deaf children, etc In YWAM Belo Horizonte, we are currently a group of about 100 fulltime staff from different nations, united by radical obedience to the command of our Lord Jesus, to go into all the world... It is our passion to know God and to make Him known, especially among the poor children, teenagers and their families, living on the streets and in the urban slums of the big cities of the world. We believe that God is calling us to work towards a transformation in the spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual, social and economic areas of their lives. In YWAM Belo Horizonte this has resulted in the foundation of 8 ministry homes (open homes, shelters and community centers), additional projects and 4 different training courses.
